This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which PraxiLabs collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the “PraxiLabs Service. We only collect the information you choose to give us, and we process it with your consent, or on another legal basis; we only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us; we don't sell it to third parties; and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.

Collected Personal information

"User Personal Information" is any personal information about one of our users which could, alone or together with other information, personally identify them. Information such as a user name and password, an email address, a real name, and a photograph are examples of “User Personal Information.”

If you create an account, we require some basic information at the time of account creation such as name, email, telephone, occupation, billing and payment information…etc. You also have the option to give us more information if you want to, and this may include "User Personal Information."

User Personal Information does not include aggregated, non-personally identifying information. The Processing of Personal Information

The personal information collected and processed by PraxiLabs is collected to provide the agreed PraxiLabs Services and to ensure correct billing of agreed licenses fees.

  • We need your User Personal Information to create your account, to provide the services you request, and to process payments.
  • We use your User Personal Information to identify you on PraxiLabs, to fill out your profile, and to monitor user behavior and performance when using the PraxiLabs Service.
  • PraxiLabs may use the email address to send Users information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to the mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, PraxiLabs includes detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact PraxiLabs via the website.
  • We collect Technical Information to better understand how our website visitors use PraxiLabs, and to monitor and protect the security of the website.

How PraxiLabs Secures Your Information

PraxiLabs takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Users’ personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on with the PraxiLabs Service. Sensitive and private data exchange between the PraxiLabs and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Sharing Personal Information with Colleges or Universities or Other Third Parties.

PraxiLabs shares your personal information with the college or university you are attending if your use of the PraxiLabs service is used as an integrated part of your education. PraxiLabs provides access for teachers and professors (and other members of faculty) to your usage of and performance with the PraxiLabs service with the purpose of monitoring and evaluating your performance and use of the PraxiLabs service, in order to give you grades or to help you improve your performance or to improve the overall use of the PraxiLabs Service as an integrated part of your education. However, do not share your personal information with any other third party.

Tracking and Analytics

We use a number of third party analytics and service providers to help us evaluate our users' use of PraxiLabs; compile statistical reports on activity; and improve our content and website performance. We only use these third party analytics providers on certain areas of our website, and all of them have signed data protection agreements with us that limit the type of personal information they can collect and the purpose for which they can process the information. In addition, we use our own internal analytics software to provide features and improve our content and performance.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to how we use your personal information, we will notify you prior to the change becoming effective, by means of notice on our home page.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information in connection with business transfers and purchases. As we continue to develop our business we may buy or sell business divisions or companies, we may merge or combine with another company, or our company itself and/or all or a significant part of its assets may be acquired by another company. We may provide any information we have to a potential counter-party in any such potential transaction. If such a transaction is completed, your personal identifiable information may be one of the transferred and shared business assets. In the event that information is shared in this manner, notice will be posted on our Site. In this event this privacy policy will continue to apply unless we contact you and ask you to opt in to any changes before they are implemented. If you click on a link to a third-party site, you will leave PraxiLabs and be redirected to the site you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personally identifiable information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy practices as PraxiLabs. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any other service provider from whom you request services. If you visit a third-party website that is linked to the PraxiLabs website, you should read that site's privacy statement before providing any personally identifiable information.

If you do not agree with our collection and processing of your personal data you may email us directly at privacy@praxilabs.com with the subject line "Privacy Concerns." We will respond promptly — within 30 days at the latest.
