PraxiLabs Named Winner of Visa’s “She’s Next” Egypt 2026

PraxiLabs is proud to announce that it has been awarded 1st Place in Visa’s “She’s Next” Egypt 2026 Program, a prestigious initiative that recognizes women entrepreneurs building innovative businesses with meaningful social, educational, and economic impact. The recognition celebrates PraxiLabs’ contribution to transforming science education by making science laboratory learning accessible to students anytime, anywhere through immersive 3D virtual labs.

Dr. Khadija ElBedweihy, CEO and founder of PraxiLabs, built the platform to solve one of the most crucial challenges in education: limited access to practical labs. Many schools and universities face constraints related to science labs availability, safety requirements, equipment costs, and limited experiment time. PraxiLabs addresses these challenges by providing interactive virtual science labs that enable students to safely perform experiments, repeat them as often as needed, and develop practical scientific skills through experiential learning. Today, our virtual labs provide more than 240 3D immersive simulations across physics, chemistry, and biology, serving over 2.5 million learners in more than 20 countries.

Reflecting on the journey behind PraxiLabs, Dr. Khadija shared: “What started as a question during my research, why should learning science depend on access to a physical lab? has now evolved to a platform helping students to learn science through practice, reinforcing the belief that every student deserves access to high-quality practical education regardless of their geographical, financial, or resources availability.”

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs and Advancing STEM Education

Winning the first place in Visa’s “She’s Next” Egypt 2026 represents a brilliant milestone in the development of PraxiLabs and an additional confirmation of the company’s dedication to advancing digital transformation in STEM education. It also reflects the growing importance of women-led innovation in addressing challenges across education, technology, and society.

This recognition reinforces PraxiLabs’ commitment to advancing digital transformation in STEM education and creating innovative solutions that can positively impact institutions and learners around the world. It celebrates not only the platform’s growth, but also the purpose behind it, which is helping ensure that students have equal opportunities to learn high-quality science through practice, regardless of their location or access to physical laboratory resources.

As PraxiLabs continues expanding worldwide, the company stays focused on empowering educators, supporting educational institutions, and enabling millions more students to experience practical science through innovative technology.
