Free Trial Period

All individual subscription plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage all prospective users to thoroughly explore our platform during this trial period to ensure PraxiLabs meets your educational needs before committing to a paid subscription.


No Refund Policy

PraxiLabs does not offer refunds on subscription purchases. Once you subscribe to any paid plan (Monthly, Semester, or Annual), all payments are final and non-refundable.

This policy exists because:

  • We provide a comprehensive 30-day free trial for you to evaluate our platform before purchase
  • You have full access to explore our virtual labs, simulations, and features during the trial period
  • We encourage all users to make full use of the free trial period before subscribing to any paid plan

Subscription Plans & Billing

Individual & Student Plans

We offer three subscription options:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed every month
  • Semester Plan: 6-month subscription
  • Annual Plan: 12-month subscription

Important: Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription at the end of each billing period.


Institutional Plans

Schools, universities, departments, and educational institutions may request customized licensing agreements. Institutional pricing varies based on:

  • Number of students
  • Number of departments
  • Number of instructors/teachers
  • Specific institutional requirements

Institutional agreements are governed by separate contracts negotiated between PraxiLabs and the institution. Please request a quote for institutional pricing and terms.


Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please send an email to: request@praxilabs.com

Include the following information in your cancellation request:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your account name
  • The subscription plan you wish to cancel

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will receive confirmation once your cancellation has been processed
  • You will retain full access to PraxiLabs until the end of your paid subscription period
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing cycle

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Issues such as duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or other unusual situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at PraxiLabs' discretion.
